Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council (SNSC), Saeed Jalili, in an address to the glorious ceremony held in Tehran on Friday to mark the anniversary of takeover of the US den of espionage, said the US uses terrorism to advance its ominous goals.

According to IRNA, he noted that the US is the main perpetrator behind the crimes and terrorist operations across the globe, and uses terrorist activities as an illegitimate means to advance its goals across the world.

In an address to the glorious gathering of demonstrators in front of the US den of espionage in Tehran on Friday, he referred to the links between terrorists and the US, and the finance and guidance of terrorist operations by the US, while adding that the US guides and supports terrorists against the infrastructure of different countries.

Referring to assassination of Iranian scientists, he said that how come those, who are the target of assassinations in Iran, are enlisted in US sanctions?

He underscored that the UN should take the necessary measures to pursue and prosecute the blatant activities of the US administration, and those, who have been involved in guidance of these terrorist operations.

In further remarks, he noted that the revolutions taking place in other Islamic countries are both Islamic and popular, and are resentful of the US and the Zionist regime of Israel, while adding that today the pure Islamic ideas and thoughts have fully stood up against all the Western ideological frameworks.

Jalili also underlined that the Swiss ambassador will be summoned today (Friday) in Tehran for the announcement of Tehran's official protest, while adding that Iran's envoy to UN is making efforts so that the documents presented to UN about the US role in assassinations in Iran would be handed over to other member states.

Jalili also pointed out that today we observe that other Islamic countries are inspired by Iran's Islamic Revolution.
